Notice: Analog Drive EOL (End-of-Life)
The Stokes Model 570 Premier, Model 571 Supreme and Model 757 Genesis tablet presses which were designed in the early 1990’s utilize analog servo drive technology which is now out-dated. During the past three years, manufactures of analog drive technology have changed their product line to the newer, better technology offered by digital products, and have phased out analog drives, which are now consider obsolete. As a result, attempting to replace an analog drive and or motor is expensive and the lead time can be very long.
In an effort to help our customers extend the life of their tablet press we have engineered a replacement digital drive and motor upgrade kit for each of the Stokes models listed above. The new upgrade kit has been tested at our facility and is successfully running in the field.
The upgrade is available with various options depending on your requirements. Choose from a complete kit with the digital drive, motor, enclosure, wiring, cables, connectors, new motor mounts and pre-assembly prior to shipment, or purchase the components individually.
To complete the installation and calibration of the new drive system, we recommend a scheduled service call from a CCS technician.
